The apartment is very comfortable, located in the center of the town in Marina di Campo, it is only 100 meters from the largest white sand beach on the island of Elba, if that were not enough, just 20 meters from the property there is a pine forest equipped with games for children.

The apartment can be reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs; it has three bedrooms, two of which are double, one with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The interior also has a living room with matrimonial sofa bed and TV, dining room and kitchenette, a large external balcony on the living room side and a small terrace in the master bedroom. Uncovered parking inside the property, closed by a gate. There is also a comfortable cot in the house if you want to let a child sleep in the bedroom and not in the living room. Hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room (service installed in 2025).
