Large living room of 25 m2 with living room and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the terrace of 20 m2 surrounded by fragrant jasmine.

The Duplex La Terrasse Jasmin is on the first floor of an old fishermen's house, dating from at least the seventeenth century. As proof, the sign on the façade of the adjoining building "Here, Molière lived from 1650 to 1653"!
But the elders of the village say that the houses on this street date back to the Middle Ages.
The Duplex La Terrasse Jasmin is on two floors.
The first floor includes a large entrance, a separate toilet with washbasin, a large master double bedroom (bed 140) with its private bathroom.
A large interior staircase leads to the second floor.
It leads to a small landing which leads to two other double bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), a second full bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and a large living room of 25 m2.
This living room has high ceilings, an original stone wall and is equipped with a powerful ceiling fan.
It hosts on one side, a comfortable living room with a 3-seater leather sofa and 2 leather armchairs.
On the other side, the kitchen and the dining area.
Two French windows open directly onto the jasmine flowered terrace with a second outdoor dining area.
