The house has an area of 101m² and is located in the heart of the village of Mèze. It overlooks a quiet street that leads to the ramparts.
You will be 2 minutes walk from the center of the village and 150m from the beach. You will enjoy a charming sunny terrace with partial view of Sète and the pond of Thau.
It is a house on three floors, with 2 independent entrances comfortable and functional.
On the 2 upper floors, you will find an apartment of 65m ² with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a nice and bright living room (air conditioning) open on a terrace.
In RDC, a studio of 40m ² with equipped kitchen and SDB.
You can enjoy the market on Thursday and Sunday morning. open halls every morning and many other shops. Mèze is a fishing town and shellfish farmers where you can enjoy shellfish and fresh fish every day.
End of stay cleaning on request: 70 euros.
Sheets and towels on request: 15 euros / person / stay

We spent two great weeks in Mèze. The wonderful house is situated in the old town of Mèze very close to the beach and the port. It is carefully furnished - highly above the usual vacation home standard. Everything was perfect. The roof terrace is an ideal place for a sundowner and offers an outstanding view above the Thau. The contact with the owners and the handover of the keys after arrival were extremely uncomplicated. Our expectations of the house were fully met and we will be happy to come back.
