About this house rental
In Mèze, on the banks of the Etang de Thau.
In a quiet area and close to all amenities: ports, downtown, beach, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, restaurants ... (everything is 5 minutes walk.)
Rent villa F4 of 85 m2 (R + 1) entirely renovated in 2018.
On the ground floor: Entrance hall, large living room with air conditioning (kitchen, living room, dining room), WC and small shower.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, (the laundry / washing machine is located in a small outbuilding just in front of the entrance of the villa).
Electric kettle, senséo or dolce gusto coffeemakers, toaster, iron ... everything is at your disposal in the villa.
On the floor: 3 rooms with cupboards. bathroom and toilet.
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x200 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x200cm and a drawer bed 85x185 cm.
Shower room with large shower 90x140cm, double vanity unit, WC.
Outside: large wooden terrace, BBQ sink area, aluminum dining set with large electric awning, relaxation area with small lounge area.
A haven of peace to bask and spend a dream vacation in a city where you will fall in love.
Everything is planned in order to spend a good holiday in the villa.
Garden furniture to enjoy good meals and aperitifs outside.
2 sunbeds will also be at your disposal to spend relaxing moments and bask in the sun.
Air conditioning on the ground floor (in the living room) and upstairs (in the corridor serving the rooms).
A deposit of 750 € will be requested and returned at the end of the stay, if no material damage was caused.
A cleaning deposit of 80 € will be requested and returned if the household has been correctly done by you.
No pets allowed.
Non smoking house.
Parties are not allowed.
WIFI included.
Bed linen provided.
Towels not provided.
Garage + possibility to park in front of the villa.

We're familiar with this area and have rented several properties over the years. Sylvie and Joe's place was by far the best property we ever stayed at, and we intend on coming back! The house is beautifully decorated, comfortably furnished, very spacious, with two large outdoor areas for kids to play in. The nice outdoor grill and large dining and sitting areas in the backyard provided lovely al fresco evenings with friends. Sylvie and Joe met us at the property upon arrival and departure, and were very responsive and willing to provide everything for a perfect stay throughout our time in Meze. The house came with everything we needed, new appliances, an espresso coffee maker, and beach toys for the kids. While the road that runs at the back of the yard (sunken below the level of the yard) can get a bit busy, the house itself is located in a quiet neighborhood, a very short walk (via a bike lane) to a lovely little beach, bars, and amazing views on the Etang de Thau. The city center and its colorful market (twice a week) is also a short walking distance and you will find everything you need there and in the many other shops and restaurants around this lovely village. a boat shuttle runs across the bay several times a day to reach the bigger city of Sete. I can't recommend enough this place, especially for families. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or excitement, this is an ideal place for you and Sylvie and Joe are wonderful hosts. we will be back!
