Ideally located, 20 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the port of Mèze, this 2-room apartment (bedroom and living room), on the 2nd floor (no elevator), offers a unique location and view. The living room sleeps 4 (sofa beds), there is a master bedroom, a fully equipped and practical kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, air conditioning, a view of the entire Thau lagoon, a loggia, a balcony, and a garage... A true delight!

All in all it was nice.Only 20 m away from the beach, excellent view from the balcony.Proper inside.. BUTthe painters outside had not finished their work, and, even worse,the floor was covered with very very fine plaster and dirt, the cleaning firm had quit cleaning for more than 4 weeks.Thus, it was terrible to walk through this dirt and enter a clean appartement..But we made an agreement with the owner and we got a compensation.So it is balanced!!Second:Unfortunately some items inside the appartment were in a very bad condition:broken , out of order..Probably all these issues are meanwhile fixed...It could be a problem, in summertime, that 2 floors underneath the appartment there is a pizzzeria...In my opinion this should be mentionend in the description..Overall I would rate all together with 4 stars (because of the missing informations etc.)

Cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. Le reste du logement demande à être rafraîchit de même que la literie.
Appartement maximum pour 4 personnes. La location pour 6 nécessite de dormir à 4 dans la pièce de vie...
De plus nous avons cohabiter avec des fourmis.
