About this cottage rental
Flagstaff Historic Southside District Location. 15 minute drive to Snow Bowl for excellent hiking and mountain biking. Walking distance to Breweries , Restaurants, Coffee, plus free onsite parking. Security gate provides a safe and secure location. The very best location in historic downtown Flagstaff. This is a private guest suite with vintage/contemporary furnishings, custom-made king-sized bed with Serta Mattress for a deep sleep, blue pine hardwood floors, bathroom/ shower. Amenities include Flat Screen 4K with Roku options, Coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer provided. Shampoo and soap located in bathroom. Private parking allows guests to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, hiking, skiing and NAU. We can approve pets but need approval first from the Hosts. There is a $35 one- time fee per pet (max 2 pets) sorry no Cats. Please know that our accommodations are located behind a private security fence far off the main street, safe and secure for our guests.

Located right in downtown Flagstaff. Perfect for those who want to walk around downtown and never have to drive somewhere.

Good location for getting around. The off street parking was a bonus and once we parked we really didn't need to drive again. Everything was very close. The neighborhood is a little "gritty" but it's a college town and to be expected. The room was a little dark but not much anyone can do abou that. It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Location of this condo was perfect for our quick one night stay. Super close to bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There were some communication hiccups regarding check in, as well as it not being cleaned from the last guests. Everything was rectified, though the delay put a dent in our evening plans due to timing. Additionally, the convenient locations also meant it was easy to hear the load night life of a adjacent venue. Not sure if this is a weekday issue since we were there on a Saturday, we would have preferred a quieter setting.
