Flagstaff Historic Southside District Location. 15 minute drive to Snow Bowl for excellent hiking and mountain biking. Walking distance to Breweries , Restaurants, Coffee, plus free onsite parking. Security gate provides a safe and secure location. The very best location in historic downtown Flagstaff. This is a private guest suite with vintage/contemporary furnishings, custom-made king-sized bed with Serta Mattress for a deep sleep, blue pine hardwood floors, bathroom/ shower. Amenities include Flat Screen 4K with Roku options, Coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer provided. Shampoo and soap located in bathroom. Private parking allows guests to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks, hiking, skiing and NAU. We can approve pets but need approval first from the Hosts. There is a $35 one- time fee per pet (max 2 pets) sorry no Cats. Please know that our accommodations are located behind a private security fence far off the main street, safe and secure for our guests.

Hosts were easy and wonderful to work with. Left a lovely guide to the home and nearby activities and food. Excellent response to my questions.Great shower and climate control. Comfortable bed.Clean house. Safe parking and walking around neighborhood day and night. Located on best downtown street in flagstaff but has full driveway for parking unloading and pet exercise.This place is 5 min safe walk from Crystal world and all the downtown shopping’sBest Korean food in town just outside front door.Breakfast at Tourist Home just 2 min away!Dinner at Evan’s fish and Chips just across street or Lumberyard just 2 min walk away!!Great location, safe, pet friendly, cozy, great aesthetic for instagram addicts and EASY walk to all of Flagstaff including campus!

We loved walking to nearby restaurants. We definitely enjoyed touring Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and Sedona. The room was very clean upon our arrival. The coffee service was nicely set up. However, the ease of watching TV was limited to lying on the bed. Also, to then sit up and drink coffee or read was accomplish on the couch across the room where the lighting was very dim. We couldn't watch TV easily from the couch as there was no way to angle the TV towards the couch. Sitting outside by our front door was limited to one person because there was only one chair. We were expecting more for our "vacation rental".
