The Skyview Luxury Urban Loft Apartment is a breathtaking space with a true modern Euro feel, adjacent to historic downtown Flagstaff. Every detail of the loft has been architecturally crafted with comfort and aesthetics in mind. The expansive wrap around windows let in an abundance of natural light throughout the day and panoramic sunset views in the evenings. The vaulted ceilings paired with over-sized master bedroom doors give the loft a larger than life feel.
We just opened this incredible space after an extensive renovation, and it's magnificent. It's a beautiful and spacious loft with incredible modern detail throughout.
The gourmet full-sized kitchen is a highlight, as are the wrap around windows in the greatroom for beautiful sunset views and incredible natural light. Incredibly engineered oversized corner closing pocket doors are a key architectural feature, and give pricacy to the master bedroom, or when open, provide a spacious feel and flow throughout the loft. A luxurious bathroom with double shower, and laundry machine completes the space.
There are two king bedrooms, each with his and hers closets, and a pullout sleeper sofa in the living area, to very comfortably sleep 6. The host was very attentive and responsive to questions. Very nice neighborhood on the hill above Flagstaff. Easy walk to downtown. All around a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be quiet and near to restaurants/breweries. However, if staying with a pet, be sure to request all the pet rules upfront. They were a bit limiting for being “pet friendly”. Also be careful of the large cactus in the middle of the fenced area and if you choose it use the hammock as its location could cause injury to you or your pet. Parking for 1 vehicle only. If you/your partner is a light sleeper, opt for the bed at the top of the stairs, not off the living area as the bed is extremely noisy.

This was our second time staying here and with the ease of access to downtown and quality stay. We will always use this location for our stay.

We loved the location and privacy of the home. However, we experienced a few problems during our stay: the Internet was intermittent and even after multiple hard resets, it was often too slow for video calls. We frequently had to take work calls from coffee shops due to the lack of working Internet at the house. Also, when we checked in, the place had not been cleaned: the floor, surfaces, and stove top were dirty covered in dust and dog hairs. Even something as visible as the bath mat was covered in dirt and hair. We ended up spending an hour cleaning it ourselves. When I first contacted the host about this via text, as well as telling him the Internet wasn't working, hours went by with no response. Finally we ran into him outside the property (he lives in the attached house) and he did not bring anything up. My husband had to ask him about the internet. We did not find this very professional. After this encounter, however, he became more helpful and started answering our messages in a timely manner as I would expect from a host.
