Great property in terms of spacious living areas and location. The new reclining couches are comfy and relaxing upstairs and have a beautiful view of the fireplace. Updated bathrooms (love the skylight in the upstairs bathroom) and lots of windows for natural light. The yard was overgrown and the patio furniture was not in the best condition. Would have also liked to have a better cutting board, knife set and olive oil to cook with so we didn’t have to run to the store. These are minor things but wanted to list them as suggestions to the owner. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time!

The property and location itself: 5 stars! We loved our stay and it was a wonderful location. Great floor plan, cute decorations, nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if under different management.Management and cleanliness of the property: 1 star. First, when we arrived at the check in time, cleaning staff was still there and we were told that it was not ready and we had to wait at least 30 more minutes. This is very annoying after driving all day with kids and planning our drive around our check in time. Second, one of the bunk beds was unusable due to the slats all being broken, so we didn’t have enough beds for our group. I messaged the host as soon as we arrived with a picture of the broken bed and never heard back. In addition, the towels and sheets all had black dog hair on them- annd after I washed and dried my face the first night I had dog hair on my lips. So gross. There were huge clumps of human and dog hair and dust under the master bed. Many dishes and silverware in the cupboards were dirty and we had to wash everything before using them. The trash cans outside were full and overflowing so we had to keep all our trash in the house for the duration of our stay. I have pictures of all these complaints to document the status of the home.
