The home and property were beautiful and as pictured. The host was terrific. The only downsides are 1) It is located at the intersection of two busy streets, so be prepared for some road noise. 2) The steps would be hard for someone with a mobility impairment. There really isn't anything that the property owners can do about either of these items just including this to help with decision making.

Accessing the home (parking, steep entry stairs) is a bit challenging. Overall great location in terms of proximity to parks, trails), Host was communicative.
