About this house rental
We are partial to the North Side of town where there are 6 of the total 7 public beaches. There are very few options on the north side with 4 bedrooms / 3 baths that sleep 12. And even fewer, if any, that have 4 king beds.
Total usable space in cottage 2,800 sq ft - main level with three bedrooms and two baths / lower level finished with one bedroom and one full bath with large family room and extra sleeping space (two foldable/portable queen beds with memory foam mattresses) Each bedroom has a KING bed.
Easy 5 minute walk to Oak Street Beach Access on Lake Michigan (1/2 Block).
Easy walk to downtown South Haven - 1 mile to Dyckman Bridge.
Quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
Weekly rentals only (7 nights) in the Summer Jul - Aug; check in/out on Saturdays.
Two night minimum in off-season (Sept - Jun).
Off-season rates are lower for three nights or more. Please inquire for rates on specific dates.
Amenities at Great North Side Location...Walk to Beach and Downtown...4 King Beds!

Very inviting atmosphere for a family gathering, so clean and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Beds so comfortable and the host helpful and kind.Enjoyed walking to the lake and would love to return to this place again!

Three retired couples travelled to South Haven to bike, eat, laugh, and relax. The house provided ample opportunity as we enjoyed the comfort and location. The beds were great(although a third King would have been preferred), the kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you'd need. The location was close to town and beach but the town walk was longer than anticipated. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy all South Haven has to provide.

We attended a wedding in South Haven. It’s a great location, with an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is fabulous, and I highly recommend it.

Loved this place. It is well located, nicely furnished and has a perfect basement for the kids. We were 8 and I was glad to have a table where all of us could sit at. The beach is reached within a 5 minute walk.
