About this house rental
We are partial to the North Side of town where there are 6 of the total 7 public beaches. There are very few options on the north side with 4 bedrooms / 3 baths that sleep 12. And even fewer, if any, that have 4 king beds.
Total usable space in cottage 2,800 sq ft - main level with three bedrooms and two baths / lower level finished with one bedroom and one full bath with large family room and extra sleeping space (two foldable/portable queen beds with memory foam mattresses) Each bedroom has a KING bed.
Easy 5 minute walk to Oak Street Beach Access on Lake Michigan (1/2 Block).
Easy walk to downtown South Haven - 1 mile to Dyckman Bridge.
Quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
Weekly rentals only (7 nights) in the Summer Jul - Aug; check in/out on Saturdays.
Two night minimum in off-season (Sept - Jun).
Off-season rates are lower for three nights or more. Please inquire for rates on specific dates.

Loved this place. It is well located, nicely furnished and has a perfect basement for the kids. We were 8 and I was glad to have a table where all of us could sit at. The beach is reached within a 5 minute walk.

This was the BEST vrbo I have stayed in. Very well appointed and incredibly well stocked. Every bathroom had hand soap and TP, there was a roll of paper towel, kitchen towels, dish soap, garbage bags, food wrap, seasoning/spices, plasticware, scissors, tape, a marker. The host is supremely responsive. The house is well layed out with the basement being a whole other house (sans kitchen). Great dining table for a large group. Primary on main floor with ensuite and two additional bedrooms on main floor with a full bathroom worked well for our group. The basement has another bedroom, gorgeous full bath with heated floors and a family room with an amazing sectional and large screen tv. A closet downstairs holds pull out beds for extra guests. Such an amazing space!!

Here with other family members for a wedding. Everything was in top shape, very clean and comfortable. Donna answered all questions quickly and check in was easy. Plenty of space for a larger family group and close to shops , restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

It was a quiet stay with friends. We enjoyed everything. The only thing I would say is for fall weather, it would be nice to have a fire pit area for outside!
