Our home is located in a very safe and desirable suburb of Cincinnati conveniently right off I-75. Downtown Cincinnati is only a 30-minute drive and Downtown Dayton is 35 minutes. Really nice neighborhood right off a side road. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
