Our home is located in a very safe and desirable suburb of Cincinnati conveniently right off I-75. Downtown Cincinnati is only a 30-minute drive and Downtown Dayton is 35 minutes. Really nice neighborhood right off a side road. If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
