About this house rental
Flat screen ROKU TVs with cable included. Our home is located in a very safe and desirable suburb of Cincinnati conveniently right off I-75. Downtown Cincinnati is only a 30 minute drive and Downtown Dayton is 35 minutes.
Welcome to Liberty Township! This four bedroom single level home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including super close access to I-75, grocery stores, shopping and tons of restaurants!
When you walk in you enter the open-concept kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, plus a Keurig with plenty of coffee!
There are four bedrooms in this home - a bunk bed room with two bunks (twin beds), two queen bedrooms, and one king bedroom. Each bedroom has a Roku TV installed!
The king bedroom has a master bath attached with a walk-in shower while the hallway bathroom has a shower / tub combination, which is perfect for the kids.
Enjoy the small side patio during the Summer and grill up some food on the charcoal grill (you'll need to provide your own charcoal).
This home is located on a busy street, but it is also very quiet as the home is tucked back from the road.
Large driveway for parking.
We are here to make your stay as warm and welcoming as possible! The host and co-host live in the area and can help you with any needs you may have. We like to give our guests complete privacy during their stay, and will not bother you unless it is of grave importance.
From Vast parks and large soccer complexes, to local shopping and craft beer, there is just soo much to do! This is a great neighborhood to explore. Many families come for the excellent shopping and dining. They also come for Kings Island, the beach water park, aqua adventures, Land of Illusion, Top Golf, I-fly, tennis tournaments, soccer tournaments, professional sports teams like the Bengals, Reds, and FC Cincinnati. Stay for a few days or a few months. Enjoy!
Most people use their car, but everything is an extremely quick drive. Uber and Lyft operate locally. Kings Island is just 12 minutes away as is the Beach Waterpark. Top Golf and Main Event are just a 10 minute drive. Miami University is 30 minutes away. This is a great location for those visiting Spooky Nook, which is only 15 minutes away!

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.

This is the perfect location if you’re playing basketball in Hamilton at Spooky Nook especially. But it’s a great and safe location for anything. Lots to do and eat around the area. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids. The only thing I should’ve paid attention to was that one bathroom was in the master so we had to go through a bedroom to use the other bath. Not a big deal bc we were close friends. But they were very attentive - sweet neighbor next door. Would def stay again!

The property was nice. However, there we a few things that posed a concern. The grass was cut while we were there, A guy came out to spray for bugs upon arrival, and a maintenance guy came to do repairs that stating that I requested the repairs which was not true.
