Located between Cincinnati and Dayton, plus just a short drive to destinations like Kings Island and Top Golf! We are just a message or phone call away! If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
