About this house rental
Raised Ranch home with TVs in all bedrooms. Upstairs consists of kitchen, living room, 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk bed room with full bath on this level. Downstairs consists of 1 king bed , desk/office space and 1 full bath. Breezeway off room offers screened doors and windows to open for nice sitting on nice weather days. Breezeway leads to very large extra hang out space with sofa, loveseat, large table for game playing, small bar, and 65" TV Fenced yard and deck.
Steps from driveway (about 8-10) to front door. There would be an entrance through the breezeway that is 0 steps if someone needed access that way or through the 2 car garage.
No keys to lose or worry about! We use the August Home App for keyless entry.
We are available if needed but like to give guests their space!
Close to literally everything! Cincinnati Children's Liberty Campus, Kings Island, Spooky Nook, Top Golf, Outlet Shopping, plus Western & Southern Tennis Tournament.
Will need to drive or use uber/lyft. There is a dairy queen and other venues right across the street or walkable, but this home is on a pretty busy street.
There is an extra guest fee per day, per guest.

• We have the right to refuse certain breeds of animals.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

We were in the area for a family member’s funeral. The location was great. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The August App worked flawlessly for locking and unlocking the door. It was inconvenient not to have a switched light in the bedrooms, and more plug-in outlets were needed close to the bed. Otherwise, everything was great!

The property was in a great location for what we needed and advertised as pet friendly so that drew us in. The yard was fenced in with several gaps around which would be big enough for small dogs to run right out. (The lawn was mowed while we were there and the worker left the big gate wide open. I understand that is not the fault of the property.) We found ants in the kitchen window and springtails in the bathroom. There was garbage in the downstairs bathroom trash can when we arrived. We had a roof over our head and were able to supervise the dog every second she was outside, so we survived. But, this place was not worth the total that we paid for 4 nights.
