Sunshine Palace Charming Tri-Level House with game room and large backyard!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend a stay here. The host was responsive and very friendly.

Beautiful home, nice little game room. Plenty of off street parking.

The house was very clean, the decor was beautiful and we has no issues.

We had a decent stay overall. Check-in was smooth and the host was a great communicator and friendly. The location is very convenient to Kings Island, and the neighborhood felt safe. The house was relatively clean, with nice touches like toiletries and plastic cups for kids. That said, there were several issues that could be improved. We encountered bugs inside (including a large centipede and several spiders), and there were fire ants all over the lawn chairs outside. Some areas were missing light bulbs, making spaces like the laundry room and game room dark, and the mini basketball game was broken. The bedding was minimal, with only thin blankets on each bed, and the WiFi was spotty. Also, one bathroom sink was clogged and didn't clear even after using drain cleaner. A little more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated as there were a couple long black hairs on one of the beds. With a few updates and more attention to maintenance, this could be a much more comfortable rental.
