Enjoy the vacation you deserve in beautiful Treasure Island! Breathtaking waterfront views in a comfortable and well-appointed space. Studio space with all you need featuring 1 Queen Bed and 1 sofa bed, and 1 full bathroom. In unit kitchenette and dining table plus a balcony to listen to the waves at sunset.

THE PROPERTY

Our family-friendly resort provides the following on-site amenities:
- Direct beach access;
- 24/7 Front desk,
- Heated swimming pool.
- Poolside Tiki Bar offering drinks and small meals, varying hours and availability not guaranteed.
-Gas BBQ grills on the beach,
- Beach Loungers, Umbrellas and other beach equipment is available for rental
-Volleyball Net
- Boat Launch Ramp available
- Free parking for 1 car
- Washers/ Dryers for community use!
-Any shared amenities and unforeseen circumstances impacting their availability will not qualify for a refund.

*In efforts to make our resort better, there are currently renovations happening Monday-Friday 8-5pm as weather permits. Most of the construction is now limited to the lobby area but there could still be noise and equipment around the resort.

Guests will have full, private access to this studio unit, and shared common spaces including pool, volleyball nets, washer/ dryer, Tiki Bar and more!

HOUSE RULES:

*This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.

*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.

*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.

*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 4 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 4 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.

*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.

*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.

*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.

*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.

*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.

*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.

*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.

*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.

*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

This unit is located on Treasure Island, which is less busy than St. Pete Beach. The real estate there is more dated, in general, which could be off putting if you are expecting a more upscale experience.However, if you have perspective going into the booking your expectations will be exceeded. The room was clean, it had all of the in-room amenities needed and beyond (mini-fridge, freezer, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, pack-and-play, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, extra sun block, etc.), and it is nicely decorated. It is right on the beach and includes a heated pool and tiki bar. The pool was clean and in good repair. Parking is tight, but there is a lot across the street as well. There is not a restaurant on property, but plenty of options nearby.If it weren't for their new after-the-fact booking system, I would give this experience five stars. One week prior to arrival I received a surprise email directing me to a link where I was asked to enter my passport or driver's license information. As a commercial property manager, I have an understanding of some of the behind-the-scenes operations to be expected, and also understand that entering sensitive information online can pose a risk even through a secure link. So, you may like to expect this atypical follow-up request. In any event, we'll be back and recommend this unit to others. The property itself outweighs the booking experience, which we were able to work around and hope will be changed in the future

Great location, beach themed hotel room with a great view. Proactive friendly hosts. The hotel itself was under construction, but it's receiving a full renovation so I expect it will be very nice soon, and owners made me aware of the situation. The room itself is great!

We had a short winter vacay and this place was perfect for the tow of us. The view is amazing right in the gulf. We got lucky to have a warm few days to get out on the. beach and relax!
