The unit sleeps 2 to 4 (2 NEW Queen beds) depending on sleeping preferences. Loved our stay! Clean room, views just as pictured, easy access to beach. Host texted day of trip to welcome us. We were visiting for Indy Car. Only 20 minutes from the St. Pete race. Forgot beach towels but the host has them in the room. We splurged for beach chairs and a canopy rental on the beach (45), but there are folding chairs for your use stored in the closet. Everything was wonderful!
