You can either rent this unit (South side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1241538 (North side) to your rental.
Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.
Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

The house was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the ocean view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing. The host was very responsive and we had no issues.

I loved this place so much. The house was awesome but the best part was being steps from the beach! The house itself had everything we needed for a great vacation. Treasure Island was also amazing...we loved it so much we are seriously considering moving there!

Second time renting, came back because it is a great place to stay and have my dog with us. The beach is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, very relaxing stay. Hosts are great. See ya next time. SharonM
