About this villa rental
This 5 star rated pool home is located directly on the water. Everything you need to relax and rejuvenate on your tropical vacation. This home is a duplex with two units, each rented separately. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has upgraded EVERYTHING. New washer and dryer in the unit! You can walk to the Treasure Island Public beach at the end of the street with a 4 minute walk or enjoy dolphin and bird watching from your own pool or dock. All the comforts of home if home had an incredible view of sun rise and sunset over Boca Ciega Bay! Rent a boat or bring your own as we have an available boat dock and lift for an extra charge (please contact prior to booking if interested). Completely remodeled with all brand new Samsung appliances, and quartz counter tops.
We look forward to you having an incredible vacation, but this is not a party house, please. We have a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
It is located just 30 minutes from Clearwater Airport and 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Just half a mile from Johns Pass with tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, golf cart rentals, antique shops and all the ice cream you can enjoy!

The house is very clean and beachy fresh vibe with a beautiful view and surprise visits from dolphins and several local birds who wanted a sip out of the pool. Host was super responsive for any questions and property had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. Was a great retreat for my son’s college graduation. Would stay here again if I needed to be I the area again.

Million dollar view for sure ! Spent 5 days and definitely will return ! Everything was as shown, clean , quiet neighborhood, being able to sit on the patio by the pool was great! Terry was quick to answer any questions we had and check in process was easy ! Highly recommend!!

Great. Id upgrade the shower curtains though. Very thin, not long enough to touch shower floor, and cling to you. Mattress could be updated. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect
