About this villa rental
This is a completely renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit of a waterfront duplex. Enjoy the views from your huge sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous pool and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. We have spared no expense for this home, and you will enjoy brand new Samsung appliances throughout the home, granite counter tops, full size washer and dryer in the master en-suite. All of the amenities you would want to enjoy at a relaxing get away! The public Treasure Island Beach is a 4 minute walk, located right across from our neighborhood. The inlet we are on in Boca Ciega has both sun rise and sunset views, and at the end of the inlet is a boat/kayak rental company. The unit has access to its own dock with, for an additional fee and, we offer a 10k pound boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts! (Please contact us prior to booking for more information and pricing). .
Bring your boat, rent one, or simply enjoy the dolphin watching from the deck! We even have a manatee that frequents our dock.
We want this to be your vacation destination for years to come, and we are confident you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay... even down to the beach wagon to bring your items to the beach! This is not a party house, however and this duplex is nestled into a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We do have a second unit in this house that is available if you want to book with other family or friends or enjoy the entire duplex and pool for yourselves. Please contact us for more information.
This home is 30 minutes from St Pete airport and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. It is half a mile to John's Pass and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and a 4 minute walk to the public beach and snack bar.

The location of this beautiful place. My husband and I stayed here for our annual vacation. It was perfect, he fished all day and I layed out by the pool all day. Cleanliness and location. Everything was exactly as described.

Super cute, clean place! Large living room and both bedrooms and baths are great. Very nice cool A/C. The dock is nice/new and there is a working hose for rinsing our boat after a long hot day fishin in the Gulf. Short boat ride to John’s Pass Gulf access. Plenty of parking and the grass in the backyard is great for the pooch. The little pool is a nice and refreshing amenity many rentals don’t offer. Treasures island is not a big area, but this house’s location is right in the middle of everything and in a QUIET nice neighborhood. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had.
