PET POLICY:
We can accommodate 1 dog under 30 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:
1. Complete a quick guest verification.
2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.
3. Choose one of the following protection options:
*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

We truly loved our stay here. The home was comfortable, clean, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax, and we would love to come back and stay again in the future.

Everything was as advertised, there was a little glitch with the living room TV being in and out of service. No complaints.

The property was very clean well decorated and stocked with everything we need for our stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood easy access to Saint Augustine by bikes. Lighthouse is walkable and a must see while there. An being able to view the lighthouse from the front porch was amazing especially at night! Danny was great to communicate with right from booking through our whole stay! We will definitely be booking here again when we come back. Highly recommend the property!
