Rent bikes and enjoy a less than 1 mile ride to Anastasia Park, 3 miles to beach access, or a 1.5 mile ride over the Bridge of Lions to ride around the cobblestone streets of the Old City. Take in popular concerts in the St. Augustine Ampitheatre, just a 1 mile walk away. The fully fenced backyard will become your favorite spot for hanging out with family and friends, splashing in the pool, sunbathing, or resting in a hammock among the shady tropical foliage. Tiki Nest has a spacious kitchen and living space which features an open floor plan and large breakfast and dining area, perfect for family meals, conversation, and games. The hosts are wonderful! They communicated quickly with us and always returned our texts in a timely manner. They are super helpful and wanted to make sure our stay went well.

There were a couple missing light bulbs that needed to be changed. Never did figure out how to turn the light on in the dining room. We also could not figure out how to get the TV’s working in both bedrooms.

The host contacted us before we arrived to ensure what we need to know about the guidelines and accessibility of the site. We took advantage of discounted tickets for my son and his family to enjoy the Alligator Farm which was impressive. Location was excellent walking distance from the lighthouse and other attractions. The back yard pool was used, a little cold for me but my granddaughter took advantage of it. The grill was handy for a steak dinner. Most of the kitchen necessities were available.I was a little disappointed that the guest bed was a little small and be aware that if your winding down and watching tv in the living room, the floors have trapped dirt which caused our white socks to be not so white. I would recommend coming back.

Some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing or repairing, there appears to be mold around the skylights and around some of the vents.
