Dogs only(fee applies). NO CATS please.
Outdoor seating, fenced back yard with native landscaping.

Guest can access entire property, including private yard.
To access the house you must climb 4 steps. No wheelchair access.
Dog Friendly - $125 non refundable pet fee per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. No Cats or other animals/pets.

This was an excellent property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything and has many great restaurants nearby. The property was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The hostess provided a lot of helpful advice on restaurants and area attractions, was very responsive to questions, and left many amenities in the home for us. We highly recommend this property!

The property is exactly as described. Spacious enough for 4 to 6 people, with or without dogs. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Host is readily available if needed. You might find her walking her dog on a regular basis. Nice sized kitchen. We had access to park car in the garage. Closet in each bedroom. Nice shower. Bathroom in hallway is a tad bit small. Plenty of windows to allow all the light and sunshine you would like. Small sunrooom to kickback and read or enjoy coffee/wine. TV's are easy to use. Plenty f games, books, cards available. Nice patio. 2 rocking chairs on front porch. 2 or 3 blocks from Bridge of Lions. So easy walk to Historic Old Town. 5 minutes from Anastasia State Park. 10 minutes to beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

Very pretty home, clean and quaint. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen and living room space were good for gathering together. Cute outdoor space to chill and also a front porch to relax. Great location - walking distance to downtown St. Augustine and just a block or so away from nice restaurants and bars. One morning we took a walk to the water side for the sunrise. Will rent this home again - worked out perfectly for my family.
