When you’re ready to relax, spread out across three bedrooms and multiple living spaces. Enjoy coffee or an evening drink on the upstairs balcony, let the kids hang out in the garage bonus room with games, or gather around the table after a day of exploring. The Space

Parking
Two dedicated off-street parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and accommodate standard-size vehicles. Please keep the driveway clear, as it provides access to the separate rear apartment.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome! Please review our pet guidelines before booking.
•Reservations: Please add your pet to your reservation when booking.
•Pet Fee: Up to two dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. If the fee isn't included in your reservation, we'll send a separate payment request after booking.
•Furniture & Bedding: Please bring your dog's own bed or blankets. Pets are not permitted directly on furniture or bedding.
•Pet Waste: Please promptly pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if pet waste is left on the property.
•Pet-Related Damage: Guests are responsible for pet-related damage. Repair or replacement costs may be charged in accordance with VRBO's policies.

Access
Guests have private access to the entire 3BR/2BA main house. Door access is via a Smart Lock, and check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The backyard seating area is shared with the separate rear apartment.

Please Note

Main living area & stairs: The kitchen, dining, and primary living spaces are located on the second floor, so guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay. The staircase opens directly into the second-floor living area and does not have a door or safety gate at the top. Guests traveling with young children should keep this in mind when booking.

Separate rear apartment: A separate 1BR/1BA guest apartment is located above the detached garage at the rear of the property. It has its own private entrance and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The rear apartment can also be booked along with the main house for groups needing additional space, subject to availability.

Driveway access: The driveway provides access to the rear apartment and must remain clear. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided directly in front of the main house.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, like illness, flight cancellations, or weather issues, as our cancellation policy is moderate/flexible. VRBO offers optional travel insurance at check-out for eligible bookings, or you may shop for coverage independently.
