The ground level features a two car garage, a foyer, and newly designed family room with built in bar including a beverage cooler. Walk out to your covered patio with comfy seating and a fire pit. Across the grass is your private dock for fishing, crabbing, or launching our kayaks and paddleboards, allowing you to easily explore the calm shallow waters right from your doorstep. With a full bath also on this level, you are truly set up for the perfect summer day!
The second level consists of the wide open main living area, with a large dining table, an absolutely gorgeous kitchen with expansive island seating, a powder room, and laundry. Also off the second level is a large partly covered deck with sectional, outdoor dining table with a firepit, and expansive waterfront views. Salt Pond is home to all sorts of birds and wildlife so sit back with a morning coffee or cold beverage and soak in these views!
On the third level you'll find the Master bedroom featuring a King size bed, private deck with loads of sunshine, a walk-in closet, a renovated designer master bath with rainfall shower head, all with gorgeous water views with ultimate privacy. The spacious second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bath on this level that is shared by these two rooms.
The fourth level boasts a huge second Master suite with an en suite bath, complete with skylights, a sitting area, and a desk/vanity workspace. This level has the most amazing views and makes you feel like you are literally on the water!
