About this house rental
This fully renovated home in the gated community of Heron Bay is perfect for your next family gathering! Just one mile to the downtown Bethany Beach, this beautifully decorated home comfortably sleeps 14 and offers three levels of waterfront decking with breathtaking views. The main deck also includes a screened porch, and you can rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower. Paddleboards and kayaks are available for your use at the house - just walk out back and launch onto Salt Pond!
Inside, the elevator helps get everything and everyone settled. The fully stocked kitchen makes big family dinners a snap, and the kitchen bar area next to the dining room ensures that everyone can enjoy meals together. The house has two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms - one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor/main level. A Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks connects the other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 5th bedroom can be found in the loft area on the 4th floor and has a queen bed along with a twin sleeper sofa for a quiet retreat.
Your family can spread out in two living rooms - one on the second floor that includes a wet bar and another on the 3rd/main floor off the kitchen and dining areas. Amenities include central air, enhanced WiFi, washer/dryer, gas grill, 6 smart TVs, and an on-demand water heater to make sure everyone gets a hot shower!
We want this vacation to be easy and enjoyable for you - bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Hair dryers, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, trash and food storage bags and cleaning/laundry supplies are also provided to ease your packing, as well as 10 beach chairs. You'll find a variety of games, puzzles, books and toys at the house.
The house is also available to rent in the off season - heated floors in the master bathroom and two gas fireplaces keep the house cozy all year long, and the dedicated workspace in the loft has great water views to get you through the workday.
Please note:
- Minimum age of 25 to rent.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Bed linens, bath towels/hand towels/washcloths, and beach towels are included.
- Parking for 4 cars.
- For your safety, the house is equipped with a Ring doorbell and an exterior driveway camera. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces and they do not record video or sound while guests are in residence.
- Renters are subject to a $300 damage pre-authorization at booking. No amount will be charged unless damage is reported by the owner within 14 days of checkout.

The house was as shown and described in the listing. Had all the needed and wanted amenities and was impeccably clean. The location was a perfect jumping off point to the places we wanted to see, Rehoboth, Bethany and Ocean City Beaches. Highly recommend this property.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The host, Sara, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The house was well-equipped with basic staples- pantry items, paper towels, toilet paper, and even cleaning supplies, which all came in handy as was appreciated. This is a great house to rent if you have a large family or want to stay at the beach with friends. So many floors with decks, large living spaces, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very fortunate to rent on a low humidity weekend, and enjoyed morning coffee and snacks on the screened-in porch. It was also very quiet as not many neighbors were home! Highly recommend renting here!

We Stayed 3 nights this Summer, I can’t speak enough of this place! Beyond our expectation, we’ll organized, well decorated, well equipped! Sara, the owner was so attentive, even though she had provided and thought of everything we would need , she still messaged us to see if we needed anything else!!! Every member of our group were extremely pleased. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for beach get away! Thank you Sara, We all greatly appreciated!!!

This home had amazing water views, was very well stocked with all that we needed for a large family to feel at home and enjoy a family beach vacay! The owner was great to work with and always responsive if we had a question. We used the elevator for our daughter and master bedroom shower was accessible enough to bathe her easily. Thank you, Sara! We hope to return!
