This fabulous home with nearby private beach is equipped to host several families for vacation or reunion, a large group of friends for a great week at the beach or co-workers for a corporate retreat. It features four separate master suites with sitting areas and balconies, private full baths, as well as four other bedrooms and additional pullout couches, all with high quality bedding and tasteful, up-to-date decor. The home will comfortably sleep 16 people or more.
Rare amenities included in this amazing home: HEATED POOL, open mid May through November (heat by request in spring and fall for an extra fee), a pool house with a steam shower, a game room with a full size billiard table and foosball, Wi-Fi throughout, and a custom wet bar. Televisions and audio systems abound. The dining room seats 18 and is serviced by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and an outdoor gas grill.
**This property has a 90 day cancellation policy and 90 day balance due policy. Please consult the lease.**
Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Each day you'll receive one pass per activity including:

The house is very well equipped - multiple fridges, multiple washers/dryers. Super conducive to a large group. Location/walk to the beach is SO quick and close. Pool was heated and delightful. We would definitely stay here again.

We all had a great time very big house lots of room. The toddlers loved the pool. And we all loved that we were so close to the ocean. I really recommend this house for a large family or lots of friends. Jeremy the owner was great very helpful when I needed it thanks again

Our vacation rental had a fantastic location, just steps from the beach, with a large, private pool and plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The property offers great accommodations for a group, with ample beds and easy beach access. However, we encountered several issues that dampened our experience. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival—crumbs on the counter, grease on the stove, sand on the floor, and even a large urine stain on one of the mattresses. The space needs updating and better maintenance, with damaged walls, burnt-out light bulbs, a broken shower, and a malfunctioning pull-out sofa. There’s only one smart TV in the basement theater, and it didn’t work, plus no kids' DVDs were provided. Despite reporting these problems on check-in and the following day, the owner, Steve, was dismissive, citing end-of-season wear and tear. While the location and pool are great, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep makes us hesitant to rent here again.
