This fabulous home with nearby private beach is equipped to host several families for vacation or reunion, a large group of friends for a great week at the beach or co-workers for a corporate retreat. It features four separate master suites with sitting areas and balconies, private full baths, as well as four other bedrooms and additional pullout couches, all with high quality bedding and tasteful, up-to-date decor. The home will comfortably sleep 16 people or more.
Rare amenities included in this amazing home: HEATED POOL, open mid May through November (heat by request in spring and fall for an extra fee), a pool house with a steam shower, a game room with a full size billiard table and foosball, Wi-Fi throughout, and a custom wet bar. Televisions and audio systems abound. The dining room seats 18 and is serviced by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and an outdoor gas grill.

Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Each day you'll receive one pass per activity including:

My family has been going to Bethany Beach for years! This was, by far, the best house we have ever been able to rent. It is steps from the beach, there is plenty of room for large families to gather, the house is stocked with everything you’d need and the pool was a plus! The owner was very responsive, available and helpful to ensure that our stay was safe and enjoyable. We did not want to leave and are hoping to return next year.

This house is a great location for a large family. Plenty of space to share and have alone time too.
Pool was perfect with its steamroom in poolhouse. The billiards/ bar area was great for both teenagers and adults. We had ukelele concerts in this room as well as poolside, with all joining in. My 14 year old grandson even joined in with his sax, and one of my son in laws with his mini keyboard!
The movie room was terrific for a family night of popcorn and a movie. The teens enjoyed playing video games there when they were not on the beach.
We brought bikes and enjoyed an easy ride into town and across the highway on a nature preserve.
There was plenty of space for our marathon mystery puzzle contests.
The kitchen is the best equipped that we have had in 8 years of family beach rentals. Our family loves to cook, with each family taking turns for a memorable meal.
Once we got used to the elevator, it became essential for my husband and I to access the 4th floor suite. Very helpful since we are in our 70's and my husband is scheduled for hip surgery later this summer.
Highly recommend for large families.
Only criticism is to have someone organize the kitchen cupboards and closets. Perhaps with labels so we know where to put things back!

Beautiful home with many amenities to accommodate a crowd!
We had 16 people intermittently throughout the week.
As the “chief cook”, I was impressed with the multiple sets of silver ware, dishes, casseroles, pots and pans for a crowd, etc.
The game room came in handy as the first four days were rainy.
The heated pool was a necessity, since four of our grandkids were 3 and under.
The elevator was a real bonus. We didn’t use it often, but by the end of the day, it was great to have.
I highly recommend this home!

Our vacation rental had a fantastic location, just steps from the beach, with a large, private pool and plenty of space, making it ideal for a family getaway. The property offers great accommodations for a group, with ample beds and easy beach access. However, we encountered several issues that dampened our experience. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival—crumbs on the counter, grease on the stove, sand on the floor, and even a large urine stain on one of the mattresses. The space needs updating and better maintenance, with damaged walls, burnt-out light bulbs, a broken shower, and a malfunctioning pull-out sofa. There’s only one smart TV in the basement theater, and it didn’t work, plus no kids' DVDs were provided. Despite reporting these problems on check-in and the following day, the owner, Steve, was dismissive, citing end-of-season wear and tear. While the location and pool are great, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep makes us hesitant to rent here again.
