About this house rental
Spacious home sleeps 18 comfortably with room for more. Great location Oceanside only 2 blocks to beach, close to the boardwalk, restaurants and downtown Bethany Beach. Impressive top floor great room with new hardwood floors, new large kitchen island with quartz counter tops, 16’ ceilings, 56” 4KTV and large kitchen. Big deck and screened in porch off top floor great room, ideal for hanging out and enjoying ocean breezes. 6 large bedrooms all with 10’ ceilings. 2 Master bedrooms suites with full baths and private decks. 3rd bedroom is like a 3rd master with a King bed and private deck. 4th & 5th bedrooms have 3 twin beds each. 6th bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Den on bottom floor with 42” HDTV, large couch and sleep sofa, perfect for kids or adults to escape. Huge paved driveway with basketball hoop and available parking for 6+ cars. Outdoor shower with separate dressing area. Nice extras including Netflix, charcoal grill, laundry room, 2 dishwashers and optional elevator for extra charge.

House was fairly clean and in decent shape. The host was very responsive with getting in touch with us thru the booking process and answering any questions about the house that we had. We had a good off season stay.

This house has lots of space for everyone. Loved the large great room/kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Bonus that there were some bikes and beach equipment. The owners were quick to respond to texts. We very much enjoyed this property.

Loved this home. There was tons of room for everyone. The home was equipped with lots of little extras like bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. The bottle of wine, sunscreen and snacks that greeted us was a nice touch too. Katie, the owner, was very communicative and answered all questions in a timely manner.

This home delivered in space and convenience. Great open concept kitchen on third floor, lots of nice sized bedrooms on second floor. Ground floor level is garage with bikes, beach accessories, games that we were not expecting, and the outdoor shower was the best! There is a tv room off garage that we actually shut the door to, very musty, dark and cleaners didn’t see the potato chips around coffee table. Whole house needs interior painting and linens replaced. Kitchen was well equipped.
