Occupying a prime location with an impressive mountain backdrop in the beautiful Vall d’en Marc, in the heart of the Pollensa countryside, this attractive villa is surrounded by mature and private gardens and will appeal to clients wanting a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
The old Roman town of Pollensa is located within a few minutes’ drive and offers a variety of restaurants and shops whilst the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are also within easy reach.
The interior décor is traditional and tasteful and includes a fitted, farmhouse kitchen and cosy lounge-diner. The exteriors are the main attraction here with cool, shaded terraces around the villa enjoying some spectacular views and atmospheric corners for outside dining or simply chilling with a book and a glass of something cold!

Lovely quiet position with superb views - car is a must.
Pool is great size plus table tennis and pool table for entertainment.
Air con in bedrooms effective with quiet mode.
Electric cuts out when oven turns off but can be switched on again soon after.
