About this villa rental
Ideally located in the peaceful area of Ternelles only a short walk from the centre of Pollensa, Romaní is the ideal holiday hideaway. The sweeping driveway takes you through the orange trees grove to the parking area by the house. This recently built property offers three bedrooms with air conditioning, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twins sharing a bathroom. There is an open plan living-dining room and separate fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large furnished covered terrace with barbecue and ping pong table. A path from the house takes you to the pool area with sun loungers, an ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy a dip in the pool. Romaní exclusively offers its guests a tennis court too!

Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.
Wi-Fi was very slow and instructions for the washer would be handy.

The villa is in very good, like-new condition. I especially liked the quiet area and the spaciousness of the land. You can make great trips from there.

We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1.
Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
