About this house rental
Dine in the quaint dining area as you look across the lovely yard to the park across the street. A comfortable living room with sofa and love seat, makes it comfortable to stay in during those rainy days. This is a 1940's house with a cozy feel, but nothing fancy! Front room and 3 bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming. Walk a few blocks to downtown area, that has a nice variety of eateries, bakery, donut shop and quaint little stores. The kitchen is stocked with coffee pot, waffle maker, toaster and lots of serving pieces and baking pans. Two bedrooms on ground floor and up a flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms on second floor. All beds are full size, with extra sheets & blankets. Bedrooms have small closets with clothes hangers. Downstairs/main bathroom has shower and the upstairs bathroom is a half bath. Regular size ironing board and iron. An office space is found upstairs. Outside, there is a covered patio and a small deck off of the kitchen. You enter the home from this covered patio, then enter house through the kitchen area. Washer and Dryer and a small chest freezer are found in a separate room off of the deck. The covered patio has a small table and a few plastic chairs to sit and hang outside on a nice summer evening. Designated parking is in a well lit parking lot. The house is located next to Santiam Place Event Hall, where all kinds of family gatherings take place and you are just a few steps away from gathering with your family for a special celebration. Easy to find and just 8 miles off of I-5 Interstate. Please No Pets!

What a great place to stay. Fantastic house, the kitchen is so well stocked. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner for my family and it had everything we needed. Sally the host even brought us card tables and extra chairs.

Our recent stay at the cottage was wonderful! Sally was an excellent host. The house was clean and inviting. On site parking was easliy accessible. We had six adults in our party and privacy and accessibility was never an issue. Coordinating access was incredibly easy with Sally, as she was able to give us a tour and answer any subsequent questions we had. We definitely will be booking this property again as we have family who live in town. Thank you again Sally

It was clean, the host left lots of snacks and drinks for our group. It was easy to check in and out and easy to contact our host. The house is an older house and a bit outdated, but very comfortable.
