Location and comfortable room.
Some maintenance issues. Had to move us as bathroom lights didn’t work. The room they moved us to had an extremely slow drain in shower.

I liked the remote feel to it while still being close enough to town and shopping that it really was the best of both worlds. I loved the grounds and the garden access, the lounge had good food albeit the options were slim and it was a little overpriced in my opinion. The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful.
The patios weren't very well maintained, maybe due to the time of year. There were not enough towels at the pool and hot tub to serve all of the guests. I didn't like that the ants swarmed the tied up trash. Furthermore, the curtains were nice but did not block enough of the light, but such is the case with most hotels. And, lastly, I feel like housekeeping could check in an hour later, but that really is just personal preference.
