About this house rental
This charming cottage is all yours! Close to OSU and Corvallis, this 3 bed, 1 bath home is fully furnished with a kitchen, living room, dining area and washer/dryer! One King, and 2 queens with window AC units. 2 couches that fully recline into sleeping twins.
Enjoy a meal al fresco on the covered patio or curl up on the couch with a movie. Is great for students during interim, visiting families, and working professionals.
Available for short term or long term monthly stays. Please inquire for longer stay rates.
A private home, you'll have the whole place to yourself. (Remember to respect the neighbors!). One King bed and 2 queens spread out thru out the house, no shared walls. Perfect when you have loud sleeper travel mate! spacious living room to hang out, watch your favorite movies or play games. But, that's not the only hang out! Outdoor back patio is covered overhead, clear glass to enjoy the evening sky, with patio lights to enjoy seeing your company! BQ too! Large back yard if you brought a furry friend. One full bathroom. Laundry in house. All linens, towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash provided so no need to drag it along!
Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August !
Enjoy the convenience of your own driveway for parking and take advantage of the ample free street parking.

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.
- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. Well stocked kitchen for making dinners and had Walmart grocery deliveries each day. Thank you and will book again!Note - please add Walmart Grocery to the list of grocery stores - both the Albany and Corvallis stores delivered to us!

This was a very cute studio apartment. It was quite large and super cute. The location was lovely, note you have to drive to town for food etc. but it is close. The bed does have a foam mattress topper so it is soft just FYI. It currently is not appropriate for children as the porch does not have barriers on the railing (eg it is open and on a 2nd floor). It was perfect for us. Property manager was amazing and super helpful.

Two issues caused me to cut my trip short: pet accommodations and location. I did not read restrictions on pets at the property until the day of - so my bad. Still, I don't think its accurate to call a place pet friendly when pets are restricted from a number of rooms (including the main family area) and aren't allowed to sleep with you. Additionally the property is the corner plot by a busy, 4 lane road with semi's traveling down it at all hours. I did not see this mentioned anywhere. The house was pretty quiet, but you could still hear traffic. Back yard (though spacious) was very loud. The contact person was very responsive, cordial and offered to shift us to another location at minimal charge, but we decided just to cut our trip short. If you don't have pets and don't mind some noise, this is a great spot. Just not a good fit for us.
