Way overpriced for what you get.

It was cleaner than i thought it would be.

Floors and walls are very thin. You can hear everything so don't come if you want peace and quiet. I had th room for two nights but only stayed one.

Horrible. Horrible people who don't care about their customers.

The location is good. But they're the only motel in Philomath so there's not much to compare to.

They were infested with insects. The had small ants in every room, cluster flies, fruit flies, and roaches.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Though this is an older hotel, you can tell that the owners care about their property, and have made it a nice place to stay for a budget-conscious traveler. It was also within walking distance of a great beer-bar and other restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, basic accommodations

The location in a small town just outside of Corvallis was ideal. It was quiet, even on the day of a football game at OSU. Room was comfortable and the bed was excellent. All was in working order. The staff at check-in was very friendly and took obvious pride in the flowers around the place. She had paid special attention to them over the summer and it showed. The room was basic but had all the essentials. I slept very well, which is unusual when I travel.

For the price (the least expensive I saw listed), the value was very good.

Great little place to stay, but...

The location was perfect for my trip. Clean, comfortable and there was a Human Bean coffee shop next door.

Upon arrival, I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I had not cancelled it and B.com had already taken my payment. I had to pay for another stay and am still fighting to get me refund from B.com.

The price of the property

Ended up staying a week lady. I check in with knew it was two travelers plus animal owner comes in four days into my five day. Stay comes back to try to tell me that I was not charged an animal wants to charge an extra $20 per day on the day of checkout, calling the hotel room at 8 o’clock in the morning to try to get extra money out of you Watched him also kick a lady out because her dog peed inside the room

The motel was comfortable and reasonably priced.

The lobby was closed mid afternoon. It was not raining, but using the window was a surprise. My wife said the bed was high for her, but we rested well.

manager on duty. crud and trash behind night stand when pulled out to use the outlet. refrigerator warm inside. no coffee pot as advertised when i asked was told there should not be one. when i told him that’s not what it said he said he could bring me one. came to me door and pushed it at me and walked off.

Comfy bed, hot shower. A little road noise but doable. Great location to OSU.

There was breakfast? We weren’t informed of one if there was. Check in was quick. Very comfy bed. Great hot shower. Lent me a phone charger.

The check in employees at the front office never smiled, or said something like, “Welcome, glad you’re here.” It was just straight business to them. A little warmth and hospitable words go a very long way. We’re the paying guests; we shouldn’t walk away wondering if we bugged them. Also, mini fridge motor had a loud, banging sound when starting that we ended up unplugging it at night.

Exceptional

The staff has always been accommodating. I've stayed here multiple times. They're kind courteous and helpful.

The only negative thing I have to say is we asked for an extra pillow and they didn't have any. But, they had a lot of guests, so that's understandable.
