This peaceful vacation rental provides breathtaking views from all angles and something for everyone to enjoy. The property is situated on 40 acres surround by two private lakes. Perfect for families or groups of friends seeking lakeside serenity.
These lakes are well known for its incredible fishing among locals. Enjoy fishing from the shore of Lake Gina to West, 3 to 4 pound Large Mouth Bass are not uncommon. ALSO: Northern Pike, perch, and Sunfish. An abundance of wildlife can be seen daily from the property.. --ducks, geese, deer, swans, pelicans etc. for you to enjoy and observe. No Hunting allowed.
You'll love the convenient location of this property. The New London/Spicer area is well known for its summer fun. We are located ( 2.5 miles) from the Green Lake public water access. (2.5 Miles) from Saulsbury Beach & Zorbas. Green Lake Cruises ( 2.5 miles). Big Kahuna Fun Park ( 3.5 Miles). Sibley State Park (11.7 miles).The areas premier 27 hole public golf course,(Little Crow Country Club) is less than 7 miles from the property. INDOOR LIVING: All Rooms equipped with either Smart TVs or Roku Remotes. You Tube TV provided. Basement - Air hockey Table & Foosball Table. Some board games, large dining table that can seat 8 guests, open floor plan.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas Grill and Charcoal grill available. We provide propane. Bring your own charcoal. Plenty of yard space to enjoy your outdoor games. Bring your bikes to enjoy the Glacial Lakes State Trail system which is just a short distance away.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker with option of K cup pods, dishware/flatware, full knife set, ice maker, 4 slot toaster, crockpot, microwave, island w/ high back chair seating. Dishwasher, Microwave & more.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, air conditioning & central heating, linens/towels, in-unit laundry machines, hair dryer, hangers. Bath towels & Bedding provided. Beach towels not provided.
PARKING: Driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles and trailer parking. *Ring doorbell at front door.

Beautiful spacious home well equipped. Kids play area in lower level, large family dining. Accommodating hosts. Good communication helping us check in due to app needed. Finally just used garage door for entrance. Provided hose to fill our kids pool. Close to town for supplies. Would like to see a Rental book for check out instructions , time and information, etc Had to guess on what we needed to do at check out. Texted and email host but no response.
We would stay again:)
