About this cabin rental
Thanks for your interest! This is a great property for a family reunion or group of friends to enjoy a week at the lake together!
The property has a very large lot with privacy. There are great views of the lake from almost every room. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with a twin bed. The loft has 3 twin beds and a queen bed and a the bunk house has 2 sets of bunk beds.
Please note that during the winter months the bunk house is not available so it sleeps 14 during the winter months.
The dock and boat lift will be put in about May 8, 2020 and will be removed around October 15, 2020.
You won't have to bother hauling Kayaks, paddle boards corn hole game boards, or a floating swim mat they are included for a small charge. There is also an air hockey table in the basement. In addition, during the winter months you will not have to pay the equipment fee. I will adjust the quote and remove this fee during the non-swimming months.
Rentals are generally for a 2 night minimum. The check-in is at 4 pm and check out is by 10 am. There is flexibility during the the non-summer months.

We had a great week, plenty of room for my large family! Clean and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to water toys. Jon was very responsive to any needs we had. We will be coming back next year!

This rental was the perfect location for a large family lake vacation. There was more than enough room for my family of 18! Plenty of dining, sleeping and hang out spaces. We especially liked the patio over the boat house and the views of the lake from the house. Fishing was great off the dock for my younger grandchildren and the water was so clear they could see the fish coming for the bait! We enjoyed swimming with the lily pad and using the kayaks and paddleboards that were provided. House was extremely clean and well stocked and Jon was very responsive to our questions. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the County Park beach, 10 minutes from Spicer and the Big Kahuna Fun Park, and 15 minutes from Wilmar's restaurants and shopping. We will be returning next year!

The property is very large with room for lots of people without feeling crowded! Check in was very easy!! The outdoor patio area overlooking the lake is beautiful and we spent a lot of time there playing games. The host (Jon) was very kind and responded quickly to questions. One of my favorite things was the laundry room with four washers and dryers! That was amazing. We had some trouble with the basement being must/moldy smelling. A few people got sick from this and two had to leave two days early. The rest left one day early. That was disappointing. Jon was very kind and apologetic about this. Also to note - the basement “bedrooms” aren’t really bedrooms as there are no doors or privacy and it was hot down there from the dehumidifiers running. The lake is nice, but very weedy near the dock/shore, so swimming right off the dock isn’t a real good option. It is nice as you move toward the middle of the lake. The boat lift was great to have!
