This brand-new construction is designed for good times and great memories—starting with a heated and air-conditioned garage that doubles as your personal hangout zone. It’s decked out with a wet bar, big-screen TVs, and games galore—aka the ultimate chill spot.
Step Inside
Walk through the front door and you’re greeted by a spacious mudroom complete with laundry, a huge closet, and plenty of room to drop your gear.
Inside, a wall of windows delivers jaw-dropping views of the lake from nearly every angle. The living room is comfy and open, centered around a cozy gas fireplace. It flows seamlessly into a chef’s kitchen that features a huge island, walk-in pantry, and a dining area perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Need to freshen up? There’s a half bath on the main level, plus one bedroom. Pro tip: the only shower downstairs is the outdoor one (which, let’s be real, is kind of awesome). The indoor showers are upstairs—spa vibes guaranteed.
Second Floor Serenity
Upstairs, get ready to be wowed by a massive ensuite bedroom with a 15-foot-tall wall of glass looking out over the lake. This serene space includes a luxurious bathroom with a double shower, soaking tub, private toilet room, and a huge walk-in closet that moonlights as a cozy 5th bedroom for the kiddos.
You’ll also find two more bedrooms, another full bath, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

This Lake Minnewaska property was absolutely perfect for our family! We loved the luxurious windows and family friendly floor plan. Our kids had a blast playing in the garage, yard, and taking the golf cart to the local ice cream shop. The lake views are awesome and the property is tranquil. Modern design. Clean. Awesome appliances. Smart TV’s. This property is dialed in! Thank you so much.

Our family loved staying at The Starbuck House for spring break. The property is convenient to shops, restaurants, and the lake. Our view of the lake was fantastic both downstairs and from the upstairs master bedroom window wall. With a family of food allergies & athlete diet particulars, having a full kitchen with all the supplies we needed was such a blessing. And we were able to make meals for the grandparents so they could visit with family more and stress less. The house looks like a designer model home yet is still very comfortable and even more spacious than the pictures show!The converted garage is a great place for family& friends to watch sports or movies and play!We really appreciated all the extras in this home: plush blankets, firm mattresses, living room remote control fireplace, master bedroom remote window shades, and the luxury brand toiletries in the bathrooms (soap, lotion, shampoo etc).The property owner even had the driveway cleared for us after a snowstorm.Thank you for a great place to stay for our family visit to Lake Minnewaska!
