About this apartment rental
Step into the perfect beach vacation spot, the exact middle of the oceanfront building. Enjoy modern amenities, the amazing ocean view and a relaxing retreat to the king sized bed in the private bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area and flat screen TV, this condo has the popular channel line up available for visitors to enjoy. There is a pub style kitchen table and modern updates, including tile throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with gorgeous white quartz countertops and a 4 burner flat top stove/oven, refrigerator and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom also has a matching quartz vanity. The private bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and a smaller flat screen bedroom TV. Max of 2 dogs (no weight restrictions) with a $75 pet fee, per pet per stay. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

We enjoyed ourself but wouldn’t stay in this unit again. Needs updating. It’s a ways from st Augustine historic district but it wasn’t bad. Property was maintained well but condo needs work. Kitchen was all that was updated.

The view was amazing! The accommodations were ok. The bed was very comfortable, couch not so much! I was surprised with the room service. However we did get missed a few days for some reason!

The kitchen was lacking basic cooking supplies. Not a single baking pan or sheetother than a 5x7,rusty meatloaf pan. No vegetable peeler, no serving dishes no food storage containers. No storage space for clothes (dresser) other than hanging them or folding them and putting them on a shelf. A coffee table would be great. Housekeeping was absolutely wonderful!
