This charming 3rd floor balcony suite is cheerfully appointed and continuously updated with details that will delight. Enjoy the view of the ocean, as you relax in the high backed chairs on the balcony and watch the gently swaying palm tree just below in the sand dunes. The new queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, or the leather recliner with ottoman in the living room, is the perfect spot to watch the 39" flat screen TV while you enjoy the sea breeze. The kitchenette is fully equipped having a 4 burner stove and oven, with finishing touches to appreciate such as granite countertops and a tiled back splash. You'll have everything you need in this condo. The bathroom has the custom tiled tub and new vanity top. The private bedroom is dressed in coastal colors with a queen bed, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and wood laminate flooring. Small touches throughout this condo are thoughtful, so that you can relax and make the most of your time at the beach. SMALL DOGS ALLOWED UNDER 35LBS, NO CATS OR BIRDS. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

The condo itself was very noisy from the AC unit in the living room area and the bedroom had another separate unit that was really loud when it wound turn on. Very small bedroom could barely get around the queen size bed. The furniture in the living room was old and worn and the living area was small. Also, there was no dishwasher. Other than that, it was just ok. When we stayed the power went out on the whole block for a few hours in the morning. Came back on around 9:30am. Nice beach but there is a bit of a walk to get to it and some stairs to get to it.
