SeaCrest 1 is a versatile three-bedroom apartment offering contemporary accommodation with on-site parking for one car, ideally located for exploring the Southwest. Why not visit a National Trust property or walk the coastal path to Zennor and sample the culinary delights of the Tinners Arms or simply stroll around the galleries, cafes and soak up the coastal charm of St Ives.
The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight-seeing. The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player. A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy afternoons or evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king size bed and access to the light and airy conservatory with seating for four. The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The second bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be configured as a king size bed or two singles and has an ensuite with shower, wash hand basin and WC. The third bedroom has a double bed and ample storage. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. On the ground floor there is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC.
The furnished patio area is perfect for summer evenings, with an added benefit of an outside shower.

Sea Crest is ideal for access to porthmear and the harbour beaches. Has parking for one vehicle and Directly opposite a car park for a second car. Clean and well equipped and a lovely welcome bag with tea and biscuits and milk. Shower outside is perfect for washing off the beach before going inside. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.
