About this apartment rental

SeaCrest 1 is a versatile three bedroom apartment that provides high quality, contemporary accommodation with parking for one car. The open plan living area, conservatory and outside patio area offer guests perfect spaces to relax and unwind in comfort after a busy day sight seeing.

The lounge looks out across Porthmeor beach, with Smart TV, BT YouView and DVD player.

A modern gas fire in the lounge is perfect for those lazy, winter afternoons or evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area includes washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Captain's Cabin, located on the ground floor, has a king size bed and access to the wonderful conservatory with seating for four.

The second and third bedrooms are located on the first floor. The First Mate’s cabin has an ensuite with shower and is fitted with a flexible bed which can be made up as either two twin beds or one king size bed. The Brig bedroom has a double bed.

Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.

On the ground floor there is a fabulous family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The furnished patio area is perfect for summer evenings, with an added benefit of an outside shower.

• Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. Access lane 2.4m wide. The parking space dimensions are 2.5m wide and 5.6m long.
• Access Statement –SeaCrest 1 is accessed via a small flight of stairs from the parking space consisting of six steps. There is then a further two steps into the property.
