Offering guests a fantastic base from which to explore the beaches and attractions of St Ives, the wonderfully positioned Windsor Lookout is a spacious, two-bedroom maisonette with spectacular sea views over the bay; perfect for family holidays or as a romantic getaway for couples.
Open plan living, a range of excellent features and ocean panoramas from the living room's bay window, combine to create a property that guests can feel truly at home in. There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen with a range of appliances and cookware for those delicious home cooked meals to be whipped up in, and two large and luxurious upstairs bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs the tastefully furnished living space with double sofa bed is the ideal place for relaxing in after days spent exploring the coast, and the light and airy atmosphere along with gorgeous views create an away-from-it-all ambience.
Set in a quiet location above the town but within walking distance of Porthmeor Beach and St Ives town and harbour, this holiday home couldn’t be better placed for a magical seaside holiday on Cornwall’s iconic north coast. Carbis Bay and Hayle lie just a short drive away as do Porthkidney Beach, The Towans and Gwithian.
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

My eight-night stay at Windsor Lookout was all I hoped it would be. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, within easy reach of the town and its many attractions. The five-minute walk into town takes you down through narrow streets of picturesque cottages; alternatively––again a five-minute walk––there's a slightly steeper descent with amazing views over Porthmeor beach and the open sea. Through the apartment's window, facing east, you see the harbour side of town and right over the bay to Godrevy lighthouse. The apartment is perfectly quiet with a good range of facilities; specially mentioned would be the immaculate bathrooms. Parking is easy in the reserved area––in a town where parking can be a real nightmare. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation in future.

We arrived in the dark, and we had trouble opening the box for the key, but that was probably our fault as we had jet lag. The place was perfect. The location was excellent. My friends and I would just suggest adding to their booklet instructions on using some appliances as we, from two different countries, had some trouble. The others in the building were so very sweet if we had questions.
