If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a great unit, Island North 9 is for you! The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, a private bathroom and a private balcony. In the second bedroom there is a full bed and a twin bed. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway along with the washer/dryer.
In the kitchen and living room you have ocean views and a view of the north end pier. You can walk right across the street to the pier, and enjoy a bite and a drink at the restaurant. We loved our stay at this condo. We didn’t have any issues with cleanliness, it had a beautiful view and right next to a restaurant and bar. Easy to drive and walk to other places. Comfortable beds. And they allowed us to bring our dogs! It was a very pet friendly neighborhood. The pool was nice and well taken care of. Would book again!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location of the rental is great - just footsteps from the beach and the pier. Layout of the apartment is as described, furniture is pretty run down and unfortunately the bathrooms and the washer were not very clean. There was a moldy towel sitting in the washer, probably from the previous renter which caused the whole washer to be moldy. We were told to go to the laundromat instead or try to clean it ourselves which was disappointing. Apart from that we had a great vacation.
