Grandview #306A - This condo is a beautifully appointed, third floor condo (no view). Enjoy two queen beds and a sofa bed, TV/Cable, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Our stay was excellent. Great location, check in was easy, room was great, staff was great. Will be back again next year!

Close to restaurants.
Room was just ok. Not great! Rug was soiled and dirty. Had small bugs crawling on the ceiling and on the walls near the beds. Was not happy with the condo. Also, I wasn't told until after I booked the room with my card that it was a non view room. If I would have known that before, I wouldn't have booked it in the first place.. I would not recommend this room to anyone who likes to stay in a nice clean room. Rug needs to be steam cleaned or replace with something else. Was not happy with my stay.
