Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Nice rooms great view of Lake Chelan! We had a very short stay overnight The hotel was packed but it still was very quiet and peaceful at night!

Overall the unit was clean. The pool and hot tub looked cloudy and dirty, never went in it once. We had to beg the front desk for a blanket and never received it. Walls are paper thin, people above woke us every morning around 530am tromping around. We actually left early to drive home. We didn’t stay our last night, exhausted from all the noise. The stay felt like we were at a Motel with lower class of clientele. Never again.
