Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living area. You will enjoy views of beautiful Lake Chelan, the park and surrounding mountains from the condo, your private balcony or while soaking up the sun at the large heated pool and hot tub. (Pool is seasonal, opening May 15th-September, weather dependent.) Centrally located, you are just steps to the trail system that takes you to the lake, Don Morse Park with a public marina and boat launch and the iconic Lakeview Drive-in. Just a few steps further down the trail you will enjoy the shops, restaurants, tasting rooms and other attractions found in historic downtown Chelan. Overall we loved it! Location was great! We had a fun time at the “Cove” nextdoor. Only issue we had was the pool was closed most of the week. Only opened the day before we left.

My husband and I have stayed at Park Point many times, so we obviously enjoy the area. We can walk nearly everywhere, close to downtown. Yet, the complex is quiet and peaceful. This unit is listed for sale, so may not be available in the future, but there are many rentals in the complex.
