Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Grandview was only location that would accept one night so we were a bit concerned, but were pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, linens very nice, pillows too. Room was very clean. Very nice location, fabulous view!
