House was in great lication

The location in Carnaby/SOHO was amazing, and the place was clean and sunlit. We did experience a few issues that never got resolved in the week we were there. The place, although non-smoking has a cigarette smell. The owner suggested it may be from the bathroom vent. The bathroom sink backed up and drained very slow. I notified the owner right away, and four messages and three days later finally got a response saying she ordered a drain cover and to try closing the vent. No instruction on how to do so, nor did she send anyone to unclog the sink as I'd requested. It took 2 more days for her to reply to my asking how to close the vent.Overall, we loved the location, and the place was fine. I was frustrated at the slow response from the owner, and there was no information regarding if a property manager was available to take care of issues in a timely manner.

Location couldnt be better. Basic, clean accommodation. Needed the tv ( an age thing) but it wasnt working. Contacted hist but no responce. So if there was a real issue???

Great location. Quiet street. Comfortable bed. TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE couch. Nice kitchen. Lots of windows. However: owner is terrible at communicating. After we booked she messaged me and said the last night of our ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID-FOR STAY was suddenly available. She offered to let us move into a larger flat for the last night but that wasn't convenient for us, so we just checked out a day early. On the morning of our revised checkout, Audrey told us we had to be out by 11am even though in her previous offer she said we could check out as late as we wanted that day since it was her mistake. We had already planned our day around checking out later in the day so we had to change our plans once again because Audrey can't keep details straight. When we checked in, we arrived to all of the towels in a heap on the floor of the shower. I texted Audrey to ask for done clean towels but never got a response. So, I had to spend my first few hours in London washing the towels myself with detergent I had to buy with my own money. And then had to hunt through closets to find a drying rack as the dryer in the kitchen is useless. Thank goodness there was an oscillating floor fan that we could point at the drying laundry each day we went out so that our things would dry. Listing says it sleeps three but the loveseat (not really big enough to be called a couch) is in terrible condition and my 16 yr old daughter woke up every morning with a backache.
